BOOKING POLICY

  • Appointments can be made through our online booking system or via phone.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
  • We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 40%.


SERVICE POLICY

  • Our skilled technicians will provide you with high-quality beauty services using professional-grade products.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Your health and safety are our top priority. We adhere to strict hygiene standards and sterilise all equipment between each client.
  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities you may have before your appointment.


PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.


GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or products at our salon.
  • Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Extensions may be applied if requested. 


REFUND POLICY

  • We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds are provided at the discretion of management and may be subject to a processing fee.


PRIVACY POLICY

  • We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services to you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.


CHILD POLICY

  • For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service themselves.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
