To Our Valued Customers...Your Consideration Would be Greatly Appreciated
In the event that you are unable to attend an appointment please contact Beauty by Donna Hussey with a minimum of 24 hours notice to re-schedule your appointment. This will assist us to ensure that we can accommodate another client who may be in urgent need of our services. Every care is taken to ensure that you receive your service and treatment on time every time, so consideration in cancelling your appointment will be greatly appreciated.
Although we do not want it to come to this, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee if you do not contact us before 24 hours. Some of these may include:
Non attendance without prior notice or within 4 hours of appointment | Full fee of treatments booked. |
Cancellation of treatment at time of appointment or within 4 hours of appointment | Full fee of treatments booked. |
Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice | No fee is charged. Your session may be filled by another client. |
Cancellation of appointment or treatment within 24 hours & before 4 hours | 50% of the service you are booked in for. |
Non attendance or cancellation of pre-paid appointment within 4 hours | Loss of session and any pre-payments made for this particular booking. |
I always try to send an sms or email at least 24 hours before an appointment so a response of yes for confirmation or no for cancellation will be suffice.
